If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 15 calendar days following store pick-up or delivery. All returns, exchanges or services require pre-authorization.
Merchandise must be returned unassembled in its original state and packaging (including hardware). All final sales are excluded of this policy.
If your merchandise has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo. We will take care of the rest!
Refunds will be granted for the original item’s purchase price plus applicable taxes, less the original cost of delivery and any return delivery fees (if applicable). The refund will be issued on the credit card used for the online transaction
